Domain BY is a two letter country code top level domain (ccTLD) of Republic of Belarus according to international standard ISO3166-l.

The Operative-analytical center of the Republic of Belarus is the Administrator of ccTLD BY.

Since 2012 the ccTLD Technical administrator is Reliable Software, Inc. (hoster.by^®).

The policy of registration of domain names in ccTLD BY is defined by “Instruction on the procedure of domain names registration in the field of hierarchical names of the national segment of the Internet network”.
